Here it is: a book two years in the mak­ing, pro­duced over a week­end at the urge of friends and fam­ily (all of whom I men­tion inside). In fact I was this >< close to call­ing quits on the whole project.

The critic in me found it hard to dig through past mis­takes and fol­lies, and the per­fec­tion­ist in me found it even harder to earth out old pho­tographs with lit­tle tech­ni­cal or artis­tic merit.

But now out they are. And the book is already in the hands of many friends in London, Toronto, and maybe (who knows?) some other places I’ve never been. I guess we shouldn’t sti­fle our thoughts; they can travel far­ther than we ever will.
